説明
ナボソ独自のテクスチャーで覆われたコンディショニングボール。3つの方法で足にアプローチでき、足の活性化とリフレッシュをサポートします。
1つ目に、神経が密集している足裏でボールを転がすことによって、足の筋肉をリリースします。2つ目に、ボールを半分に割って踏むことで、よりしっかりと足裏を刺激することができます。
そして3つ目に、ボールの中にあるナボソミニボールを踏むことで、足の細部までほぐします。
ミニボールの表面には、足裏を心地よく刺激する、外側のボールよりも小さな突起が施されています。
