Return and exchange conditions

A return means a refund of the product price.
An exchange refers to the exchange of an item for a different size or item of the same value.

[Return/exchange period]

Within 7 days including the shipping date
*If you are returning an item purchased from the online store, please ship it by the last day of the return period.


[Items that cannot be returned or exchanged]

・The return period has expired. ・The item has been used. *1
- Tags, packaging, and other accessories have been removed or damaged *2
- Washed - No scratches, damage, or contamination during your stay (animal hair, other fibers, dust, odors)
- Items such as shoes and limited edition items that state on the product page that they cannot be returned or exchanged

*1 We will accept returns if they are only for temporary fitting.
*2 You will also need the transparent plastic bag in which your ordered items are packed.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・If excessive returns or exchanges have been made
・If we determine that the purpose is resale
・Other cases in which we deem it inappropriate to accept a return or exchange.
