<Rules for use>

~Dear users~

• Regarding entry : Please enter the room exactly at the starting time after the previous user has finished.

• Regarding leaving the room <br>Please be sure to clean up and return the room to its original state, and leave with plenty of time for the next user. The door will automatically lock 15-20 seconds after closing, so
Please check that the door is locked.

~Things that are forbidden within the facility~

• No shoes allowed • No open entrance • No staff room • No eating • No dropping dumbbells or barbells • No smoking or drinking • No open flames • No theft • No noise

~How to use the machine~

*Please be sure to wipe it down with alcohol paper after use.
(Bench, barbell, dumbbell, etc.)

~Things to check after use~

• After using the facility, please be sure to check the "CHECK LIST" . • As other customers will be using the facility, please be sure to clean it and return it to its original state. • Please do not forget to turn off the lights and air conditioner. • Please leave the facility with plenty of time to spare.
