トレーニングマットは、トレーニング中の足裏を刺激することで、体とのより良い連携を促し、トレーニング後まで安定した動きをサポートします。
自重トレーニングやウエイトトレーニング時などに地面をとらえやすくすることで、より正確なパフォーマンスへと導きます。
３種類のマットの中でも軽量で持ち運びに適した設計になっているため、理想的なベアフット（裸足）トレーニングをどこでも行うことができます。
